Shipping / Returns & Exchange Policy

Shipping Information

  • Our aim is to despatch your order within 3 working days (Please note that Weekend and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days).

  • All of your orders are despatched by the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, and we will supply you with the tracking details via email/text - so remember to check your junk inbox should you not receive this information.

  • Packaging costs are determined by the size and weight of your parcel and are applied at checkout.

  • We do reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for any uncollected parcels and cancelled orders.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any orders. 

  • We currently are only posting to UK addresses at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • It happens, we order things and then realise they are not as we had imagined, and on those odd occasions, we are happy to offer you an exchange or of course a full refund excluding original postal charge.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition.

  • Monies will be refunded in these cases, and the refund will be made back to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned good(s)

  • If you decide to return any item(s), then you are responsible for making sure the package is complete with no missing parts, instruction manuals, accessories etc. and that they are carefully wrapped and protected, to ensure it reaches us back here at Pressie Heaven in perfect condition, at the address we provide.

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on their return to us, so be sure to pack well and choose the right service befitting the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning items is that of the customer.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

  • We quality check all in coming goods and take pride in ensuring that all despatches leave our premises carefully packaged and protected, to ensure you purchases arrive undamaged.​

  • If for any reason your item(s) arrive faulty, you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt delivery, in order that we can take the issue up with the courier, and make a timely claim on them or our suppliers.
