Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately not, however, please please read our Returns & Exchange Policy, once the items have arrived and we will naturally refund you, less the delivery cost.


Can I add to my order?

It is better to make a separate second order, should you wish to order additional items, but please reach out to us and if there is any way we can accommodate your additional item(s), then we will.


Can I return items?

Absolutely! Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.  

What if any item arrives damaged?


Please take a photo and report back within 24 hours via

  • All of our packages are carefully checked before leaving our premises, so if anything is damaged, we can take up this matter with the courier.

  • If the damage is not reported in this time period, we will not be liable to reimburse you. So please report asap!

Do you post outside of the UK?

Initially, we can only post within the UK, but we hope to change that soon.
